DZOFilm

DZOFilm is the cinema lens brand of Shenzhen Dongzheng Optical Technology Co., Ltd., a Chinese optics company also known as DZO Group. The company was founded in 2013 in Bao'an, Shenzhen, and began with industrial optics: line-scan, telecentric and other machine-vision lenses sold under the DZOPTICS name. In 2017 it launched what it describes as China's first 10mm autofocus lens for Micro Four Thirds.

Its other business lines include the Thypoch consumer lens brand, added in 2023, Valden sports optics and a medical imaging company, Shenzhen Hyreal Medical Technology, established in 2024. It opened a lens manufacturing plant in Chengdu in 2021 and raised Series A to Series C funding between 2021 and 2023.

DZOFilm was set up as the company's cine lens business unit in 2019. Its Linglung 10-24mm and 20-70mm T2.9 zooms for Micro Four Thirds were followed in 2020 by the Pictor parfocal zooms for Super 35 and the Vespid full-frame primes, both offered in PL and EF mounts. The Arles T1.4 full-frame primes, introduced in 2024, reached eleven focal lengths in 2025.
