Kondor Blue

Kondor Blue is an American maker of camera accessories based in the Los Angeles area of California. Director and cinematographer Lukas Colombo founded it in 2019. The idea came in late 2018, while he and filmmaker Vincent Laforet prepared a production with the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, for which few support accessories then existed; a D-Tap power cable for the camera came from a single supplier.

Its first products were a mini quick release, a cage and top handle for the Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, and XLR cables, and it had 60 products by the end of 2019. The company moved from Colombo's garage to its first warehouse between 2020 and 2022 and to a larger building in 2023–2024; its listed address is in Ontario, California.

The range covers camera cages and rigs, power, video and audio cables, handles, monitor mounts, matte boxes and filters, grip tools and mobile rigs, with nearly 1,000 products by 2024. Kondor Blue has co-developed products with Sony, Fujifilm, Canon, Panasonic (Lumix), SanDisk and Angelbird, and its matte box was named a Product of the Year at NAB 2024.
