Overview

The Bright Tangerine Misfit Six Core Matte Box is a clamp-on matte box. It clamps directly to the lens barrel, so it needs no rods and suits handheld, gimbal, and run-and-gun rigs. It holds three filters in 6.6x6.6 trays. It is built from carbon fiber. It can also ride on 15mm Studio or 19mm Studio rods when a heavier filter stack needs the support.

Features

Key Features

Clamp-On

Clamps straight onto the lens barrel, so it can run without rods on a handheld or gimbal rig.

3-Stage 6.6x6.6 Filter Trays

Holds three filters at once in 6.6x6.6 trays, so an ND can be stacked with a diffusion or graduated filter in front of the lens.

Carbon Fiber Build

Built from carbon fiber, which saves weight over an all-metal box of the same size.

15mm / 19mm Studio Rod Support

Can also ride on 15mm Studio or 19mm Studio rods when a heavier filter stack needs the support, taking the weight off the lens.
