The Cartoni Focus 10 with Red Lock Tripod is a complete tripod system: a 100mm bowl fluid head on 2-stage aluminum legs, rated for 0–12 kg. The head has continuous counterbalance, has continuous fluid drag, and takes Cartoni side-load plates. The legs reach 167.5 cm at the camera, go as low as 66.5 cm, fold to 76 cm, and take a mid-level spreader. It comes with a Focus 10 100mm fluid head, Red Lock 100 2-stage aluminum tripod legs, a set of pivoting rubber feet, a Smart Lock mid-level spreader, and a soft bag.
Key Features
0–12 kg Payload
The maker's rated payload for the camera package the system carries and balances.
167.5 cm Working Height
It works as low as 66.5 cm, measured from the ground to the camera plate. Folded, it measures 76 cm end to end, for transport and storage.
100mm Bowl
The head sits in a 100mm bowl, so it levels on the legs and swaps for any other 100mm-bowl head.
Continuous Counterbalance
The counterbalance adjusts continuously, so it can be matched to any camera in the payload range.
Continuous Drag
Fluid drag on pan and tilt adjusts continuously, to suit any speed of move.
Cartoni Side Load Quick Release
The camera plate loads from the side and locks without lifting the camera off the head.
2-Stage Legs
Two telescoping sections per leg extend the height range while staying rigid.
Aluminum Legs
Aluminum tubes stand up to hard use and rough handling on set and on location.
Mid-Level Spreader
A mid-level spreader braces the legs while leaving the ground clear beneath them.
+/-90° Tilt
Illuminated Bubble Level
The bubble level is lit, so the head can be leveled in low light.
-40°C to 60°C Operating Range
