The Kondor Blue Quick-Release Adjustable Base Plate for 15mm Rod Rigs (No QR) is a 15mm LWS baseplate. It takes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 camera screws, attaches to a tripod or gimbal through an ARRI-standard dovetail receiver, takes 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod screws underneath, and adjusts in height and locks its rods without tools.
