Sirui Night Walker 24mm T1.2 Cinema Lens with MFT-Mount

Overview
The Sirui Night Walker 24mm T1.2 Cinema Lens with MFT-Mount is a wide-angle spherical prime that covers Super 35 mm sensors. Wide-angle coverage takes in more of a location than the eye does, which suits establishing shots, landscapes, and interiors where the space carries the scene. A T1.2 maximum aperture puts this among the fastest cine glass available, giving very shallow depth of field and workable exposure in low light, and the lens closes to T16. It uses an MFT-Mount with manual focus.
Features
Key Features
Wide Super 35 mm Coverage
The lens covers Super 35 mm sensors. A wide-angle field of view holds a subject and its surroundings in one frame, which is what establishing shots, interiors, and landscape work call for.
T1.2 Maximum Aperture
T1.2 puts this among the fastest cine glass available. Depth of field wide open is measured in inches at close range, which demands an experienced focus puller and rewards one with separation no slower lens produces. It closes to T16.
Focus & Handling
30 cm Minimum Focus
Mount & Rig Integration
0.8-Pitch Cine Gears
The lens carries 0.8-pitch cine gears, the standard pitch for follow focus units and lens motors. Compatibility with lens control systems lets a solo operator make consistent, repeatable focus pulls, or a camera assistant control the lens remotely.
79mm Front Diameter
The front element measures 79mm, which fits a compact matte box directly and steps up to a 114 mm clamp with an adapter ring. Matte box fit follows from this measurement rather than from the filter thread, since the clamp grips the outside of the barrel.
