Overview

The Sony BURANO Full-Frame 8K Digital Motion Picture Camera with E & PL Mount is a handheld cinema camera built around a Full Frame Exmor R CMOS sensor. It records X-OCN, XAVC, and XAVC H internally to CFexpress Type B media. It shoots up to 30 fps at DCI 8K and UHD 8K, 120 fps at DCI 4K and UHD 4K, and 240 fps at Full HD. The camera takes E-Mount and PL-Mount lenses, has built-in ND filters from 2 to 7 stops (variable), records S-LOG 3 log, and runs on V-Mount batteries.

Records X-OCN internally, keeping the sensor's unprocessed image data for grading.
