Overview

The Tilta Illusion Magnetic UV filter is a round protective filter. It attaches magnetically to a compatible adapter ring rather than threading onto the lens, which makes it quick to swap between shots. Additionally, the Illusion Magnetic UV features a multicoating that limits internal ghosting and reflections.

A protective filter guards the front element against dust, moisture and impact, and is the cheapest part of the optical path to replace.

Round Screw-In Format

The filter threads directly onto the front of a lens, which suits handheld and location work where a matte box would be in the way.
