Core SWX Maverick MV6 605Wh NiMH Block Battery

Core SWX Proprietary Batteries

Core SWX is a U.S.-based manufacturer specializing in professional power solutions for cinema, broadcast, and production environments. The company is known for developing durable, high-capacity batteries and intelligent charging systems that integrate with the power requirements of modern digital cameras, lighting, and accessories. By focusing on reliable power delivery and cross-platform compatibility, Core SWX has become a trusted supplier for productions that demand consistent performance in both studio and field conditions.

A defining aspect of Core SWX’s product design is its emphasis on communication and system integration. Many of its V-Mount and Gold Mount batteries feature smart battery data protocols that relay remaining runtime, cycle count, and voltage information directly to compatible cameras and monitors. This transparency helps operators manage power more efficiently on set, particularly in multi-camera or high-drain scenarios. Core SWX also produces specialized adapters and power distribution units that allow filmmakers to consolidate and regulate multiple accessories from a single, compact power source.

In addition to hardware performance, Core SWX places importance on durability and sustainability. Its batteries are built with reinforced housings, advanced cell protection circuits, and user-replaceable components that extend product life cycles. With a catalog spanning compact on-camera batteries to high-capacity blocks and travel-friendly chargers, Core SWX continues to shape the standards of professional power management—prioritizing reliability, safety, and workflow efficiency across a wide range of production environments.
