The Core SWX Renegade XL 1376Wh Lithium-Ion Block Battery is a Lithium-Ion block battery offering 1376 Wh capacity, sized for cart and studio power rather than a camera rig. It sustains a 20 A draw, enough to run a camera and several accessories at once. It is over the 160 Wh limit for passenger aircraft, so it travels as freight.
Key Features
1376 Wh Capacity
Holds 1376 Wh, which is what sets both how long it runs and how it may be carried on a flight.
14.8 V Output
Supplies 14.8 V through the mount, which is the level the cameras and accessories on this system expect.
Lithium-Ion
Built on Lithium-Ion cells, which is what sets its weight, its charge behaviour and the rules for shipping it.
Accessory Outputs
Carries two 4-pin XLR outputs, the standard connector for camera power on a cine set.
20 A Maximum Draw
Sustains a 20 A draw, so a camera and its accessories can run from the one battery.
USB Power Output
Its USB output supplies 5 V for charging or running small devices off the same pack.
Freight Only
Over 160 Wh, above the limit for passenger aircraft under IATA rules, so it ships as freight.
