Overview
The PolarPro Helix MagLock Chroma VND/PL 2-5 Stop Gold Mist filter combines neutral density, diffusion and a circular polarizer with a warming cast, in one round filter. It attaches magnetically to a compatible adapter ring rather than threading onto the lens, which makes it quick to swap between shots. Density is adjustable across 2-5 Stop, the working range for daylight exposure at a fixed shutter angle. Diffusion is rated at 1/4 strength, a moderate grade, the one most often reached for on faces. Its circular polarizer helps minimize reflections and glare from non-metallic surfaces without affecting autofocus or auto exposure. Additionally, the Helix MagLock Chroma VND/PL 2-5 Stop Gold Mist features a 16-layer multicoating that minimizes internal ghosting and reflections.
