Overview
The Rokinon 135mm T2.2 DS Cinema Lens with EF-Mount is a telephoto spherical prime that covers Full Frame sensors. Telephoto focal lengths compress perspective and throw backgrounds well out of focus, letting camera operators isolate a subject from a busy environment or reach action at a distance. A fast T2.2 aperture lets camera operators separate subjects from their backgrounds or get the most out of available lighting when filming in darker environments, and the lens closes to T22. It uses an EF-Mount with manual focus. The focus barrel is marked in both feet and meters.
Features
Key Features
Telephoto Full Frame Coverage
The lens covers Full Frame sensors. A telephoto field of view compresses distance and lifts a subject off its background, suiting clean singles and action reached from further back.
T2.2 Maximum Aperture
At T2.2 the lens separates subjects cleanly from their backgrounds and gets the most out of available lighting when filming in darker environments. It closes to T22.
Dual-Marked Focus Scale
The barrel carries both feet and meters, letting the lens drop into either workflow without anyone converting figures at the cart.

Mount & Rig Integration
EF-Mount
The lens mounts via EF-Mount, designed for DSLR bodies and adapting cleanly onto most mirrorless systems, where the longer flange distance leaves room for a simple adapter without corrective optics. It operates fully manually and passes no metadata to the camera.
0.8-Pitch Cine Gears
The lens carries 0.8-pitch cine gears, the standard pitch for follow focus units and lens motors. Compatibility with lens control systems lets a solo operator make consistent, repeatable focus pulls, or a camera assistant control the lens remotely.
77mm Filter Thread
The front accepts 77mm screw-in filters. A matte box clamps to the outside diameter instead, which is what most cine setups use to avoid re-threading filters between lenses.
